DetailsDescription:
The gnome-keyring-daemon has not been functioning for me since GNOME 2.20 was released. Apparently, the package is missing the required file: /usr/share/dbus-1/services/gnome-keyring-daemon.service Creating this file manually with the following contents addresses the issue: [D-BUS Service] Name=org.gnome.keyring Exec=/usr/bin/gnome-keyring-daemon ADDITIONAL INFO: This applies to gnome-keyring 2.20.1-1 See this forum thread for full error details: http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=294185#p294185 |

FS#9444...Any light on this crappy app would be most welcome. I have tried with all kinds of Google cookery to disable it, but it just won't work :(
The gnome devs say I should switch to ubuntoo, because it works there, but I'd rather commit public suicide than use ubunpoo - lol.
