Summary and Info:
gstreamer0.10-neon requires neon=0.27.0, for some reason. neon=/=0.27.0 as of a couple of days ago, so pacman grinds to a halt if I have the gstreamer plugin installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to install gstreamer0.10-neon using pacman onan up-to-date system.
