Description:
usbutils installs /usr/share/usb.ids which should go to eg. /usr/share/usbutils/usb.ids like any other pkg does it. update-usbids would be handy too. Patch attached

Added new patch which updates usb.ids in the PKGBUILD like pciutils does. See #8416
