DetailsIn installing the webmail client roundcube (http://roundcube.net/?p=downloads) I receive the following error on execution:
[23-Oct-2007 16:28:18] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function session_set_save_handler() in /home/httpd/roundcubemail-0.1-rc2/program/include/session.inc on line 183 From all the searching I have been doing, session_set_save_handler() is a built in function in php4, 5 that appears to be missing from the package extra/php-5.2.4-7 (http://us3.php.net/manual/en/function.session-set-save-handler.php). I'd appreciate someone looking into this for me. |

check that you have session.so uncommented in your php.ini

my php.ini didn't have that, so I knew something was wrong. I manually removed the file, uninstalled php, removed the downloaded install file, and re-installed it. It had it, I uncommented it, and it now works. Thank you.
