Description:

Privoxy runs on a combination of "action" and "filter" files. Both of these files are divided into default and user flavors. The "user" versions are intended as equivalent to the ".local" tradition, i.e. they're the repository for persistent local overrides. The software's documentation itself states that user.* is not/should not be overwritten when the package is upgraded, allowing for users to update the software while keeping their settings intact. Currently reinstalling or upgrading privoxy overwrites these files. /etc/privoxy/user.filter and /etc/privoxy/user.action should be added to the package's "do not overwrite" list.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.

/etc/privoxy/user.filter
/etc/privoxy/user.action

Steps to reproduce:

1. pacman -S privoxy
2. sudo vi (/etc/privoxy/user.filter | /etc/privoxy/user.action)
3. [make some changes and save]
4. pacman -S privoxy
5. sudo vi (/etc/privoxy/user.filter | /etc/privoxy/user.action) : They've been reset.
