Details

PHP was compiled with sessions, iconv, and openssl as shared extensions when they have previously been compiled statically. This can cause unexpected issues among many projects after updating.

PHP should either be compiled as it has been in the past, or a notice explaining the change, and why it was considered necessary should be displayed when updating, since the logic behind this change is not apparent.
