Summary and Info:
pacman-optimize failed on systems installed with current iso.
The old and optimized database are not synced after md5sum.

Steps to Reproduce:
Fresh installation from current iso with repo base.

Solution:
with strace we found that diff was not found during optimizing.
diff from Packet diffutils comes from older iso's with base repo.
In the new structure diffutils ius only in base-devel.

Maybe we must have a depend in pacman to diffutils.
