Details

When pacman installs a package, it should export an environment variable to post_install, containing all files that have been saved as .pacnew.

That way, a warning could be issued in post_install whenever modifications are needed to the configuration file, but omitted if the user uses the default configuration anyway.

Removing from the 3.1 roadmap. We already have had enough feature creep and I want to get the release moving, not standing still.
