gcc knows nothing about Objective C while gcc-objc installed. Additional info: * package version(s) gcc 4.2.1-5 gcc-fortran 4.2.1-3 gcc-gcj 4.2.1-4 gcc-libs 4.2.1-2 gcc-objc 4.2.1-1 Steps to reproduce: $ gcc program.m gcc: q.m: Objective-C compiler not installed on this system If you compile objc manualy and use compiled gcc executable it will work. |
