I used the Evolution-Version from current before without problems, now it just stop working. I tried to create a new profile on an other computer - same result.

This is what I get in the command promt:

Reason for closing:  Fixed
Additional comments about closing:  evolution-exchange-2.12.0-2 is built against new heimdal and will only use db4.1.

I can confirm that. Here's an error message in English:

"Error while Opening folder <stuff>.

Could not connect to Evolution Exchange backend process: Please restart Evolution"

Also confirmed... this is a real deal buster for me since our organization is Windows/Exchange server based.

Further investigation reveals that there is a library dependency that got removed during the upgrade:
[2007-10-03 10:32] upgraded db (4.5.20-2 -> 4.6.19-1)

And if you do a "ldd /usr/lib/evolution/evolution/2.12/evolution-exchange-storage | grep found" you receive:
libdb-4.5.so => not found

Also there is another error that did not appear previously...
libnm_glib_nm_state_cb: dbus returned an error.

Trying to cheat and put a symbolic link to the newer 4.6.19-1 library does not work for me...

Did some more experimenting and did the following:
pacman -Rd db
pacman -Af db-4.5.20-2-i686.pkg.tar.gz

And now the connectivity is "almost" re-established. The only thing not working is connectivity to the Global Address Book. But email, calendar and everything else seems to be working fine. Although I am not sure what else I might have broken by going back to the previous db version.
