Since the upgrade to the new xorg packages, xmodmap -pke does not show the Caps_lock anymore. As a result my xmodmaprc is not working anymore (it replaced caps lock with a better reachable escape key):

Config:
remove Lock = Caps_Lock
!keysym Escape = Caps_Lock
keysym Caps_Lock = Escape
add Lock = Caps_Lock

Error message when running xmodmap:
xmodmap: .xmodmaprc:1: bad keysym in remove modifier list 'Caps_Lock', no corresponding keycodes
xmodmap: .xmodmaprc:3: bad keysym target keysym 'Caps_Lock', no corresponding keycodes
xmodmap: 2 errors encountered, aborting.

Don't know what fixed it, but I can't reproduce it anymore. Didn't upgrade anything, the problem seems to have solved itself o_O
