Description:

Compiling binding which need shared library always get error - cannot allocate memory in static TLS block

Steps to reproduce:

Compiling rmagick (ruby binding for ImageMagick) always reproduce this error:

cannot allocate memory in static TLS block

isn't it the same issue as in  FS#8035  ?

Yup. The same libgomp but as the URL above says, only one fix didn't help. Still need to delete one line. First error ( FS#8035 ) doesn't show up again. It already fixed, I guess.
