Title says it all, pretty much. The user can generate them manually by running :helptags ALL as root, but one would expect them to be there out of the box.

Steps to reproduce:
$ # (assuming fresh install of neovim-lspconfig)
$ nvim '+help lspconfig'
Error detected while processing command line:
E149: Sorry, no help for lspconfig
