Description:
Chromium is extremely slow when starting and during usage. Cannot actually use the browser.

Additional info:
* version: Chromium 119.0.6045.159 Arch Linux
* config files: completely removed the ~/.config/chromium file and created another new user with an empty KDE profile to test.

Steps to reproduce:

In KDE, just start chromium.

The error from the commandline is:

[5186:5186:1121/200429.181921:ERROR:policy_logger.cc(157)] :components/enterprise/browser/controller/chrome_browser_cloud_management_controller.cc(163) Cloud management controller initialization aborted as CBCM is not enabled.

I don't know if it's related to the bug, as by searching online for this error, I found older posts that mention it.

After waiting 10 minutes of launching the browser, it works normally without any delays. The terminal output is:

Works fine here i.e. cannot repro. There is no packaging issue here. Please take stuff like this to the support channels (Forum/IRC/etc) to see if anyone can help troubleshoot your system.
