Description:

wireshark-cli no longer installs development headers as upstream no longer installs development headers by default.

* package version: 4.2.0-1

Namely
> The installation target no longer installs development headers by default.
and
> Installation of development headers must be done explicitly using the CMake command cmake --install <builddir> --component Development.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install wireshark-cli.
2. Observe that /usr/include/wireshark is missing.

Does rebuilding wireshark with the attached PKGBUILD.diff applied resolve the issue? I swapped all use of ninja to cmake for consistency rather than just adding:
DESTDIR="${pkgdir}" cmake --install build --component Development

Rebuilding with the patched PKGBUILD worked for me.
