Description:

Crystal somewhat recently added support for fish completion https://github.com/crystal-lang/crystal/blob/master/etc/completion.fish, but it is not being installed like the bash/zsh ones are.

I attached a patch to fix this based on https://fishshell.com/docs/current/completions.html#where-to-put-completions.

Updated patch file that properly has the `.fish` suffix.
