Description:
spectacle is not part of kde6. with kde-unstable enabled, kpipewire will be upgraded to qt6 and break spectacle.

Additional info:
* package version(s): kpipewire 5.27.80

Steps to reproduce:
enable kde-unstable and try run spectacle.
