After v1.23.6 update, python-pymupdf causes RuntimeError when importing `fitz` module. The same issue happened in the previous update #79933 requiring jbig2dec rebuild. I just pushed python-pymupdf 1.23.6-2 in [extra] which fixes the issue.
Tested successfully on my side, but I'll let you confirm it works on yours too before closing the bug.
