It looks like the PKGBUILD may be missing some steps to install plugins ?

Currently (2.2.0.2-1), the Plugins menu is empty.

Another distro had a similar problem, see their ticket for screenshots : https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/issues/32497
and their resolution : https://github.com/void-linux/void-packages/pull/34683/files

Steps to reproduce:
- install librecad
- click on Plugins menu : empty
