Description:
The signal-desktop application crashes when opening the "upload sticker pack" window. This is becouse the current build is missing build steps sugested [here](https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/issues/6495#issuecomment-1678077372) to build the sticker-creator suppart of the application.
An fix which I guess would work is already in another branch within the Arch Linux Package repository but should be tested and merged to be available to the general public (https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/signal-desktop/-/blob/sticker-creator/PKGBUILD).

Additional info:
* package version(s): 6.12.0+?
* link to upstream bug report, if any: https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/issues/6618, https://github.com/signalapp/Signal-Desktop/issues/6495

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open signal-desktop
2. Click on "File"
3. Click on "Create/upload sticker pack"
*crashes*

Thanks for the ticket...but this seems totally unnecessary. The fact the branch exists means the PM is fully aware of the situation.

> which I guess would work

Sorry, but "guess" is no good in a bug report. Please test out stuff fully before making suggestions like this.
