DetailsPackage version: 1.225_1-1
Description: The netcat command doesn't show the correct version number when called with the -h option. `nc -h |& head -n 1` shows `OpenBSD netcat (Debian patchlevel 1)` whereas it should show `OpenBSD netcat (Debian patchlevel 1.225-1)`. For example, the version in Debian sid is shown as `OpenBSD netcat (Debian patchlevel 1.226-1)` Replacing `pkgrel` with `pkgver/_/-` in CFLAGS in the PKGBUILD results in a version number consistent with Debian. |
