Description:

This module will extract the client's "real" IP from Forwarded or X-Forwarded-For header which is added by Squid or other proxies. It is useful for servers behind reverse proxy servers (CDN).

Is it not provided by mod_extforward.so which is packaged? You did not provide steps on how to reproduce.
