Please add a package Conflict for kwin (to mirror the action I requested in #80084 )

At some point deepin-kwin (and other deepin packages) got pulled in by a package dependency. I am reporting first hand extremely frustrating experience that kwin and deepin-kwin conflict. Hopefully an express conflict in the package manager will help other users avoid and possibly escape this issue if they've encountered it as well.

These are some journalctl -xu lines that are evidence of the issue:
