Description:

SEGFAULT trying to index https://github.com/ClickHouse/ClickHouse/ in recursive mode with all submodules inited.

Additional info:
* package version(s): ctags 1:6.0.0-1
* config and/or log files etc: ctags --recurse=yes --languages=C,C++ ./
* link to upstream bug report, if any: https://github.com/universal-ctags/ctags/issues/1111#issuecomment-1770620597

Steps to reproduce:

$ git clone --shallow-submodules git@github.com:ClickHouse/ClickHouse.git
$ cd ClickHouse
$ git submodule init
$ git submodule update
$ ctags --recurse=yes --languages=C,C++ ./

How to fix:

version that I have built locally from the source code 6.0.0(f56257b6) does not crash.

If you build ctags from the current PKGBUILD in a clean chroot with LTO disabled; does that solve the issue? If not please include a backtrace with debug symbols.
