Description:
Seems like jupyter is out of sync with the required version of the notebook since it needs the 6.5.4 version vs 7+ version available on packages. Additional info: * package version(s) jupyter --version Selected Jupyter core packages... IPython : 8.16.0 ipykernel : 6.23.1 ipywidgets : 8.0.6 jupyter_client : 8.2.0 jupyter_core : 5.3.0 jupyter_server : 2.5.0 jupyterlab : 4.0.7 nbclient : 0.7.4 nbconvert : 7.4.0 nbformat : 5.8.0 notebook : 6.5.4 qtconsole : 5.4.3 traitlets : 5.11.2 * config and/or log files etc. Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/jupyter-notebook", line 5, in <module> from notebook.app import main ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'notebook.app' * link to upstream bug report, if any Steps to reproduce: jupyter-notebook --version |

Works fine here in a fresh install. Please ensure your system is
up-to-date because some of those version numbers of yours look a
lot older than mine.
