My suggestion is to have default `preempt=none`. Potential related ticket: - Additional info: * package version(s) - linux 6.5.7.arch1-1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Install the `linux` package from 'core' repository 2. Reconfigure/Reboot into the kernel package just installed in step (1) 3. Run `uname -a` to see a similar result as described above. |

CONFIG_PREEMPT_DYNAMIC allows changing the model at boot time and is therefore perfect for general purpose distros like Arch. There is no reason to change.
