Description:

Due to Python package guidelines[1], `tox` should be avoided. We should follow its `tox.ini` to test manually.

There's about a dozen pkgs which checkdepend on python-tox. Are you going to file a new bug for each and everyone of these? Please don't. This is what Todo Lists [1] are for.

@Toolybird Sorry. I won't do that again. Actually, I'm just reporting for packages having issues when packing for myself.
BTW, could "remove tox for check()" be added to Todo List?

Hey, no need to be sorry! The help is definitely appreciated. It's just that sometimes filing tickets in bulk is counter-productive.

Todo lists are initiated by Package Maintainers (not reporters or bug wranglers). I have the impression this issue is not really important enough to warrant a Todo. Let's wait and see if a PM notices and takes action :)
