I am really sorry for spamming tasks with my mirror info change. I really feel bad for it.

Since now, I promise there will be no more additional change in my mirror.

: devpg.net -> pawe.me -> mirror.morgan.kr

And also, since existing upstream has somehow not syncing, I have changed script and upstream.
