Description:
GNOME Shell doesn't use Cantarell monospace glyphs for clock. In topbar, lock screen, gdm, screncast indicator etc.

Additional info:
GNOME 45

Steps to reproduce:
It can be verified as '1' should be with serif in clock. And when toggling seconds in Date & Time, the topbar clock is shifting left/right when seconds are ticking.

Fedora and GNOME OS nightly use monospace glyphs correctly.

Watch videos for illustration.

I see it. But no idea what could be the cause..

Looks like the 'tnum' (tabular number spacing) font feature isn't applied correctly.

This works in gtk3-demo and gtk4-demo so it's probably not a system-wide issue.
