Description:
Telegram cant find librav1e.so.0 current version for rav1e is rav1e 0.6.6-3 and the .so files are /usr/lib/librav1e.so /usr/lib/librav1e.so.0.6

Additional info:
* package version:
telegram-desktop 4.10.3-2
* config and/or log files etc.
log: telegram-desktop: error while loading shared libraries: librav1e.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Steps to reproduce:
open telegram desktop on version 4.10.3-2
