Description:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
rav1e: /usr/lib/librav1e.so.0.6 exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

Problem comes from rav1e-0.6.6-2 not owning this link for some reason even though it does own the actual file it points to.

pacman -Qo /usr/lib/librav1e.so.0.6
error: No package owns /usr/lib/librav1e.so.0.6

Same problem on about a dozen machines so not unique to one machine.

One inelegant work around is to simply:

rm /usr/lib/librav1e.so.0.6; pacman -Syu

Related  FS#79923

There was a 3 to 4 hour window whereby the bugged 0.6.6-2 was active. You'll need to deal with it manually.
