Description:
with the latest upgrade, webmin appears to be broken. when i click on "webmin" link on the left, instead of opening in the frame on the right, it opens on the left. if i select "system", i get a 404 file not file, in the left frame again.

* config and/or log files etc.: defaults

fresh install will do it.
