Why it enabled by default? It enables since SDL2 2.24 with commit [a1199964c407cbc84a170387fd93738530c199b1](https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/sdl2/-/commit/a1199964c407cbc84a170387fd93738530c199b1), in reason writed " FS#75827 ", but I can't find this to understand. I tested my hardware without this flag and all works properly.

I ask it, because with this flag I have a bug with my keyboard (Logitech G815) - it triggers reinit of keyboard, when SDL initialize devices. This reinit stops controls the LEDs in OpenRGB
