If I choose XFS during /arch/setup, setup hangs at Install
Bootloader process, without any error messages (with ext2 & ext3 it
worked fine). However, it's not fatal, because it is possible to
abort with Ctrl+C and continue by running setup again. This time,
Install Bootloader option offers also a dialog to "Enter the full
path to your root device" (which defaults to /dev/sda3 so I change
it to sda1), and then it works nicely. I tried this in VMware Ws 6
only, reproduced several times with 2007.08 and with 2007.08.1 CD's;
so I don't know if it's occurring on real hardware too.

I din't have this issue in VMware. IIRC the last ISO I tried in VMware was 2007.07 though.
