Description:
keepassxc should include qt5-base as dep

Additional info:
* keepassxc 2.7.6-1
* qt5-base 5.15.11+kde+r134-1

Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (5.15.10) with this library (5.15.11).

Probably this happened because qt5-base is not a dep for keepassxc.
