Description:

 FS#79853  is not specific to KDE. Moreover, the hyprland portal, unlike the KDE portal, does not implement e.g. org.freedesktop.portal.OpenURI so flatpak applications will not be able to open links in the current default configuration. Hyprland upstream added a fallback to -gtk in https://github.com/hyprwm/Hyprland/pull/3469 so I guess we should ship that as well.
