Description:
Viewing Markdown files in Okular has broken formatting for many cases. For example:
* Links using Markdown format (e.g. [google](https://google.com)) show the raw Markdown rather than a clickable link.
* Raw URLs aren't clickable.
* Code blocks are often ignored.

This issue was linked with the upgrade of the discount package from 2.2.7.d to 3.0.0.a, which exposed bugs with the Okular integration with newer version of the library. A fix is available upstream, and since the next release will likely be in December I'd request it get applied to the Arch packages.

Additional info:
* package versions: okular 23.08.1-1, discount 3.0.0.a-1
* link to upstream bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=475198
* link to upstream fix on 23.08 branch: https://invent.kde.org/graphics/okular/-/commit/043c3521229704558a6a06081a53bd46baac060a

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Markdown file with the following contents: [google](https://google.com)
2. Open the file in Okular.
