Description:
This package optionally depends on qt6-multimedia, but when a cmake project searching `TextAndSpeech` using the included cmake module, it will check if `Multimedia` is there.

The package I'm seeing this issue is https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ktextwidgets-git
Since the cmake file of that project only depends on `TextAndSpeech`,
it feels reasonable to say `ktextwidgets-git` only depends on `qt6-speech`, but if `qt6-multimedia` is not installed, the build would fail.

Basically, any cmake project depending on qt6-speech would check if qt6-multimedia is available durng the build process, I'm not sure if qt6-multimedia should be a required dependency to qt6-speech or to any cmake project that depends on qt6-speech (such as ktextwidgets-git)
