Details

Description: on my Dell precision T1500 on boot is a blinking Cursor for ca. 3 minutes, then normal start and all works fine

* package version(s) linux 6.5.5
hardware: Intel I7, 8GB
grafic:[AMD/ATI] RV620 GL [FirePro 2260]

what I did:
reinstall all packages with pacman -Qqn | pacman -S -

Yes. Visit the proper support channels i.e. Forum/IRC/Mailing/Lists/Reddit/etc. There is no indication of an Arch packaging issue here so this belongs in the support channels. If an Arch packaging bug is identified then of course please return here with the details. Please also review the guidelines [1] to ensure your future bug reports are effective.
