The package includes a var/lib/passim/data/a948904f2f0f479b8f8197694b30184b0d2ed1c1cd2a1ec0fb85d299a192a447-HELLO.md file from https://github.com/hughsie/passim/blob/main/data/a948904f2f0f479b8f8197694b30184b0d2ed1c1cd2a1ec0fb85d299a192a447-HELLO.md. It actually gets deleted probably when fwupd updates its database. So when there is a new passim, Pacman shows a warning that this file can no longer be found.
