Same issue that was resolved for the linux kernel on  bug 79439 .

https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/79439. Affect some Dell laptops using the card reader rtsx driver.

It's still an upstream issue. You should be lobbying upstream to apply the fix.

I was not sure of the process. Lucky for me this is the first time I deal with a kernel issue. I assume since it will be fixed in mainline that the fix will be applied to lts as well? I don't feel it is urgent as blacklisting the driver for lts is fine for the short term. Since it was fixed in arch 6.5.4 I assumed it could be handled internally until a fix was applied upstream that would propogate down.
