With rsync-3.2.7-4, I can connect to my hosts using IPv6. With rsync-3.2.7-5, this no longer work, rsync fails with the following error: ssh: Could not resolve hostname ::1: Address family for hostname not supported rsync: connection unexpectedly closed (0 bytes received so far) [sender] rsync error: unexplained error (code 255) at io.c(231) [sender=3.2.7] These are the capabilities reported by rsync: pkgrel 4: rsync version 3.2.7 protocol version 31 Copyright (C) 1996-2022 by Andrew Tridgell, Wayne Davison, and others. Just seen this is being fixed in 3.2.7-6 while I was writing this report.
