Description:

libreoffice: Characters in LO writer overlap one another

Additional info:
* package version(s)
* config and/or log files etc.
* link to upstream bug report, if any

Steps to reproduce:

Comes from libreoffice forum

The same file can work in my laptop but overlap in my desktop. The file provided by sortanoob is same. I keep same DE in two machines and install all fonts suggested in Archlinux wiki. Nothing change. sortanoob said it is due to jave runtime. I notice my laptop's libreoffice is built with jre17_minimal, and my desktop's libreoffice is built with java-runtime=11. Is it related to this problem?

That link is from 3 years ago and is therefore not relevant. I cannot reproduce your problem. It looks like some kind of font configuration problem related to Chinese characters, and nothing to do with java.

Seeing as there is no obvious Arch packaging problem here, this kind of posting is more appropriate for the Arch support channels (Forum/IRC/Mailing Lists/Reddit/etc). You might have better luck asking in a Chinese language forum.
