DetailsDescription:
A bug in KIO caused Dolphin to crash when I attempted to copy/move and overwrite files. According to KDE bug report, it also crashed if the files source and destination were on different drives. There is already a fix upstream. I have cherry-picked that commit and can confirm that it fixed the bug. Considering crashing Dolphin when copy/move files is quite severe, should Arch package also cherry-pick this commit now rather than waiting for a new release? Additional info: * Package version: 5.110.0-1 * Upstream bug report: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=474451 * Fixed commit: https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kio/-/commit/a6f7d3117f159f3e0a88ff08b5f69b9bc8612cf7 |
