Description:
The program doesn't start.

The log produced by gdb is the following:

Starting program: /usr/bin/scantailor

Starts up fine here i.e. cannot repro. Your backtrace is missing debug information [1] and is therefore of no use.

If you are using official repo pkgs then it's usually as simple as:

$ coredumpctl gdb (then answer y when it asks "Enable debuginfod for this session?")
(gdb) set logging enabled
(gdb) bt (or bt full)

Then post gdb.txt
