Hi! I would like to add my tier 2 mirror since in Spain there are not so many of them. I'm syncing everything with rsync, once per hour on random minutes.

Mirror specs:

- Mirror domain name: https://nox.panibrez.com/archlinux/
- Geographical location of the mirror (country): Spain
- URLs for supported access methods: http(s)
- Your mirror's available bandwidth: FTTH 300 Mbps with OpenWRT's SQM
- An administrative contact email: alvaro+archlinux@panibrez.com
- An alternative administrative contact email: alvarucholocucho@gmail.com
- The name of tier 1 mirror you are syncing from: rsync://mirror.theo546.fr/archlinux/

Mirror is already up and syncing. Let me know if tou need more info.
