Description:
When launching NeoChat on a non-KDE system, I encounter the following error:

qrc:/main.qml:23:5: Type RoomPage unavailable
qrc:/RoomPage.qml:106:26: Type ChatBox unavailable
qrc:/ChatBox.qml:63:5: Type ChatBar unavailable
qrc:/ChatBar.qml:390:17: Type PieProgressBar unavailable
qrc:/PieProgressBar.qml:7:1: module "org.kde.quickcharts" is not installed

* config and/or log files etc.: N/A
* link to upstream bug report, if any: N/A
