Description:
amule does not enabled geoip support as -DENABLE_IP2COUNTRY=ON is not passed to cmake [1].

Additional info:
* amule 1:2.3.3-6
[1] amule-1:2.3.3-6-x86_64-build.log.xz

Steps to reproduce:
$ pkgctl repo clone --protocol=https amule
$ cd amule/
$ pkgctl build
Note the following in the build log:
Should aMule be compiled with IP2country support? OFF
also the following warning from namcap:
amule W: Dependency included, but may not be needed ('geoip')
   amule-1:2.3.3-6-x86_64-build.... (10.3 KiB)
