From the license section of [1] As these converted databases originate from MaxMind GeoLite2 data, it is implied that the original GeoLite2 End User License Agreement applies to them too. That license [2] does include the current CCPL:by-sa with many additional requirements. If the license prevents Arch packaging perhaps a conversions script could be added to the geoipupdate package.
