Bad timing. It's just a temporary outage and should hopefully come good. If not, there will be approx' 355.72 bug reports. You'll need to contact KDE and not Arch.
The PKGBUILD is downloading from /stable/futuresql-qt5/futuresql-0.1.1.tar.xz
but the file is at /stable/futuresql/futuresql-0.1.1.tar.xz
Check wayback machine or wait until the download server is back online. This is Arch-specific, not KDE-specific.
Server is back now. And yeah, they have indeed fudged the URL's...
